All ready-to-ship orders are mailed within a week upon purchase via UPS or USPS. You will receive an email with tracking information once the order has shipped. I am not responsible for lost or stolen items once they are in the hands of UPS or USPS. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with an image so that we can resolve the issue.

Returns
All sales are final unless goods were damaged in transit. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact me within 3 days, and I will issue you a refund in the form of store credit. Customers are responsible for insuring returns are shipped back - including the shipping costs of the return. Once your return is received and inspected, I will issue a store credit for the item(s) minus the original shipping costs and any taxes.
